Client:  Leading provider of energy management services, automated control systems, critical airflow solutions, and building systems integration

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer control system hardware and software programming based on project plans, specifications, and other contract documents

• Provide analysis of building control and HVAC system performance at a complete systems and campus level. Insure documentation is accurate and complete

• Provide project management on projects as required, interfacing directly to customers

• Supervise sub-contractors and suppliers

• Direct project financial responsibility increases with tenure in this position, including use of project management financial reports

Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; higher education is preferred

• 5+ years of overall experience

• Programming skills 

• Strong analytical skills 

• Strong interactive and communication skills 

• Management of technicians and subcontractors 

• Strong troubleshooting skills 

• Experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits 

• Knowledge of DDC Control Theory and Applications 

• Ability to work independently and unsupervised 

• ACAD skills
