SUMMARY:

The Oracle Cloud Financials Manager will report to the IT Application Development Manager. The Specialist will participate in a large Oracle Financials upgrade project from an on-premises environment to an Oracle Cloud hosted solution. This role will be overseeing all aspects of the project development of the Oracle solution. Additionally, this role will do unit testing and assist with QA and user-acceptance testing cycles for all changes. At the conclusion of the project, this person will be responsible for day-to- day operations and full production support of the Oracle Financials platform. This would include providing input on help desk issues to our app support team, financial monitoring of the OCI environment, managing changes and answering questions on the platform, keeping up to date with Oracle on product enhancements and releases, and providing strategic direction to support our Finance teams future needs. There is also opportunity for this role to do other development related work outside of the core Oracle Financials platform to support the business as time allows.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or Information Systems or equivalent work experience.

• 2+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Financial ERP modules, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payables, and Accounts Receivables.

• Experience managing an OCI environment both from a technical and financial point of view.

• Experience dealing with and supporting a Finance organization.

• A demonstrated track record of maintaining and improving individual as well as team.

• Self-directed, with demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute on executive strategies.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
